The Hills' Whitney Port Says She Doesn't "Look Healthy" Amid Concern Over Her Weight

Whitney Port is making changes to her life because people are worried about her weight.
Port also said that "salacious" stories about her and her diet were not true.
Yes, I've never tried pasta before," she said, "but that has nothing to do with diet or the fact that it can make you gain weight. It's all about the feel."
But in my head, I didn't think it was as big of a deal as it was, and I still don't, but I do think I'm not eating enough and that I don't look good right now. I don't want to look like that.
"Getting on the scale was definitely a wake-up call," the 38-year-old woman said. "I had no idea I weighed as little as I did."
Port is already taking steps to improve its health. She said, "There's a lot of self-reflection going on, and I am aware of it. I think that's the first step."
Port's new choice to eat high-calorie foods like pizza, ice cream, and French fries is a big part of how she is changing her lifestyle. In the end, though, she wants to eat "thoughtfully.
The reality star said, "I want to put the right things in my body and work out in a way that builds muscle.
"So, guys, I'm on it. Thanks for being kind. Thank you for your love, support, and the fact that you didn't say anything and then felt free to say something after I did.
