USA: Green light for $760m bond for new NFL stadium

The Nashville Sports Authority approved $760 million in bonds for the new Tennessee Stadium on a unanimous vote.

The conclusion was reached unanimously after several meetings to discuss the complex deal. The authority's first aim was to include minority-owned businesses heavily in the building and design teams.

Many people are curious about the development because they hope it will provide even more thrilling sports action to North America, where millions already tune in to watch the National Football League and Major League Soccer.

In spite of this, many Ontario residents and visitors rely on online casinos for their leisure needs.

Mayor John Cooper applauded the board's decision, saying that it showed the board was looking out for the community's best interests.

We're constructing a first-rate facility for the city of Nashville without using tax dollars or issuing bonds to cover the cost.

Together, the city of Nashville, the tourist industry, the state government, and the East Bank campus's users have pledged $2.1 billion to build a domed stadium for the city.

And Nashvillians will have complete control of that covered arena. We're keeping the Titans in town without asking regular citizens to chip in.
